I believe that if more children learned from a young age what meditation can do for them they will change the way the world is effected on a day to day basis. I myself do meditate, and have been doing so for many years. Today`s youth is getting much more intelligent these days, with so much change going on in this world that the more aware they become, the less stress it will have on everyone.
