The Peace of Love Gallery is proud to announce their first annual International Fab Four Art Contest. The Grand Prize Winner will receive a check for $1,000, $1,000 worth of artist supplies, ‘One on one’ access to the artist, Shannon and will have their winning art placed on the Peace and Love Gallery winner’s circle webpage with links to their professional website for one year.
Original artwork can be done in watercolor, acrylic, oil, indelible markers, felt-tip pens, soft ballpoint pens, indelible ink, pencil, charcoal or pastels will be accepted and all artwork must be on the subject of The Beatles (group or single) and/or their solo careers.
Judging the art contest will be: Music producer/promoter - Sid Bernstein; Beatles authority – Tony Bramwell; The World’s Greatest Beatles Artist – Shannon; and world renowned artist – Jim Ceravolo.
The Fab Four Art Contest will run from June 30, 2011 through October 9, 2011. All entries must be submitted not later than August 18, 2011. Twenty finalists will be announced at Beatle Week in Liverpool on August 28, 2011 and those finalists will be eligible to participate in a shared exhibition with The World’s Greatest Beatles Artist - Shannon on October 9, 2011.
