McCartney coming to Winnipeg in August?

MACCAnews - If you believe the Internet, Paul McCartney and his band are on the run back to Winnipeg in August.

According to several online sites, the former Beatle will play at Canad Inns Stadium on Tuesday, Aug. 23.

It would be his first local appearance since a stadium concert in 1993 on his New World Tour.

But don’t start lining up for prime seats by the stage just yet; there’s been no official announcement or confirmation.
