TORONTO, Ont. - Paul McCartney performed the first of two sold out Air Canada Centre shows Sunday night.
Sixteen-thousand excited fans of all ages filled the ACC.
There was no opening act and none needed for this two-hour-and-45 minute performance.
Sir Paul and his five-piece band kept the audience on their feet as McCartney performed music from The Beatles era, Wings and even songs from his alter ego The Fireman.
Whatever McCartney did ... the fans reacted, especially when he did dedications to his late wife Linda, and his late Beatle bandmates John Lennon and George Harrison.
Though there were several standing ovations the highlight performances were "Back in the USSR" and "Live and Let Die," where flames burst from the stage.
It was definitely a love-fest with McCartney and his fans of young and old.
