Saturday night live has always had skits and what not on the beatles.
Like the chris farley interview with paul (hilarious). And the eddie murphy fifth beatle sketch (also hilarious). Does anyone have the one
with george getting the check for two thousand dollars from lorne michaels to reunite the beatles? That one rocks. I believe george also did "here comes the sun" with paul simon. I downloaded the song but I would like to see the performance.

George with Paul Simon doing HCTS? That sounds great!

They also did "Homeward Bound". It is on the "Nobody's Child" CD.

Now that sounds good - that's one of my fave S&G songs - it's the one that to me embodies the spirit of what they were about. Much like Watching The Wheels with John Lennon (and maybe Imagine as well . . .)

Liam, I am going to London for a week in September. Any good restaurants/pubs/things to do that you would recommend?

No can do, I'm afraid - it's been four years since I was last in London, and six and a half years since I was there for more than a day. I can't remember much about the restaurants in London, and as for pubs, I don't drink, so I wouldn't have known them to begin with. Sorry!

Oh, I forgot about things to do - there's so much of that in London, you're spoilt for choice! There's so many places to visit, it's impossible to do it all, maybe even in a lifetime!

It would probably be best to get hold of some tourist information on London really. They'd probably list all the major attractions. The only thing I can really remember doing is going to the science museum - twice. I'd recommend a look around there, but that's as far as my memory goes with all this. Sorry I couldn't be of more help . . .
