Macca Music Videos

Postby ElectricKeithery » Wed Jan 22, 2003 11:22 pm

It came to my realisation a couple days ago that I had never seen a Macca video. So I deleted Jackass the Movie from my comp to make room, and downloaed 10 of them. Pipes of Peace was probably my favorite, cos it's nice, but kind of sad. The video for Coming Up was very funny, but who was the keyboard player supposed to be?

A keyboard player from an obscure late 70's band called "Sparks". Seriously. The guy looked exactly like that---eyebrows and mustache just like that.

Are the videos you downloaded good quality? I have been doing alot of burning to SVCD for DVD play back. If I could download McCartney videos I would be able to convert them to SVCD. It would give me better quality then my VHS tapes. There is a website vcdhelp.com that shows you how to convert media files to svcd.

Ya all the videos are pretty nice, except for Once Upon a Long Ago, where Macca seems unsynchronised with the music.

What are those 2 versions? I only know of one, that begins with shooting the cover pic of BOTR, then it has various Wings Over America on the road & live footage.
