And "Her Majesty" is the most unexpected(at that time)ending of that album...
First time I heard Abbey road, I get a shock when "her majesty" came, cause I thought this time, that The end was the last

You could see that was a "false end" then... but The Beatles was truely ended soon after...
As I know Her Majesty was the 6. last recorded song by them...
You must appreciate the day...

That´s a funny story because one of the sound engineers transferred this track to the end of the tape just to not erase it in case of this could be edited later(this track would be one of the AR medley tracks), and he just forgot to erase it before the final cut of the record. Paul noticed it but decided to keep as it was because he liked that album conclusion...isn´t it funny??

And fortunately it was recorded. A great finish on a great album, and a little tribute to the queen of England

There is no sense in that lines that just have mixed languages with spanish, italian and even portuguese on there...cuando, para mucho, mi amore, questo, no ricordo, obrigado, papparazzi, parasol...they just put those words randomly with no meaning on the song...beautiful song, must say.

I believe that the magazine got it wrong.

There's another thread--I'll see if I can find it.
