its a tough one - there are people who have much less sentences for worse crimes , however he cannot say he is a changed man - bullsh** , name me a criminal who has not 'found God' - i get the creeps everytime i see his recent mugshot in the papers , im sure we will have to face his release one day - its the world we live in !

I don't think we'll have to worry about that sick man ever seeing the light of day and freedom again. There are enough people preventing that. If he is released I know that he won't last. There are still way too many Beatle fans in this world and more joining the group everyday. More discovering what a remarkable person John was. More growing more angry at this disgusting thing who took him from us. He doesn't deserve to be called a man. That's not what he is.

Well appartnely he deined his case (are what ever its called) And I was raging that the could have done such a thing like that when ever he knew that he killed him anyway. I mean come on evryone know that he has killed him. So like whyt did he denid it??
