Well Paul had at least one frriendly refence to John, "brother John" in Let 'Em In.

CMBA could also be about John after reading this lyric I think.

it was just a thought, I think it´s great to read and analysing his lyrics and understood them as I think..

His lyrics can mean many different things ... It was just a though

I agree on that. Paul actually mentions two brothers: Brother Michael (his real brother) and brother John.
