Anybody heard the new mix of Cilla's Step Inside Love?

Surely won't beat the Anthology version - presumably Cilla doesn't do the segue into "Los Paranoias" (please, enjoy us)

Dusty Springfield had a Cilla-like style of singing... does anyone remmember of her?? Although I think Cilla has a bit stronger voice than Dusty had.

I just LOVE Cilla Black! I got a couple of her LPs, when I was a kid, and would love to find them on CD, so I can preserve the originals, but have not been able to find them. My favorite was a promo album from a radio station where my brother worked. It has a red cover and is titled "Is It Love?"

She has a great official website, and I think you can hear an MP3 version of "Step Inside Love" there.

How about Lulu? She is another of my favorites, who also did covers of some Beatles' songs.

I can never forget Lulu on "To Sir With Love"... She was a friend of Paul when he lived on the Cavendish St., wasn´t she?? She had been sometimes in the Abbey Road studios visiting and watching The Beatles recordings...lovely person.
