He wrote 8 of the songs and ´he got the title track, I think he was the man behind the flower power period in the 60´s and this is (In my eyes) his best album. What´s yours opinions

Once again.....they actually did work with each other on several of these tunes. Getting Better, Shes Leaving Home etc etc etc. Why the obsession with who wrote what and how much? Yes...he dominated from Revolver forward, really, with the lead vocal chores on most of the singles and the majority of the better tracks on each album. But to just say "he wrote"......that's not accurate at all. There was an awesome magic with that partnership and you are falsely diminishing the power of it. Yes, by this point they were writing a bigger percentage of their own songs, but.....it wasn't 100%.Biggest Paul Fan wrote:Sgt. Pepper!

Yes You really right, He is just amazing on "Revolver" From Taxman to tommorow ner knows. Fabolous ballads and one rocker "Got to get you..." Superb album from him.admiralvanderbilt wrote:The bass playing on Revolver. He took it to another level.
