Hi there, people. Somewhere on here, I promised to concoct a blinder of a setlist for him to play on tour. I have now done so. The music is fairly evenly distributed throughout the years and all, with sufficient from Driving Rain etc. Here goes:

3. Off The Ground
4. Got To Get You Into My Life

6. Lonely Road
7. Beware My Love
8. Magic
9. Maybe I'm Amazed
Acoustic Set:
10. Blackbird
11. I Do
12. Here Today
13. Two Of Us
14. Put It There
15. Here Comes The Sun (instead of Something - in the George tribute spot)

25. Beautiful Night
26. Wanderlust
27. From A Lover To A Friend

Great setlist, Liam!! That would definitely rock, for sure. I made one of my own a while back. I think it's in the 'Driving Rain Tour' section.

Great idea to add here comes the sun. Perhaps my favorite beatles tune. I change favorites a lot but I always come back to that one the most.

Glad you like the list! I am particularly proud of the opening two songs - the atmosphere of TBSOMC, followed by the hard-rockin' HW will really get the crowd going!

As for "Junior's Farm", well, remember, there's only so many songs you can fit into the setlist!

And with "Here Comes The Sun", I just figured it would work better than Something in the acoustic set.

Also, has anyone else wondered how Let It Be would sound just with Paul on the piano?

Yeah, I think I've thought about Let It Be solo, and I don't think it would work for one reason. The guitar solo would be cut out. And that's a huge part of the song. If Paul played it solo, the song would seem empty during that part where the solo should have been. But that's just me.

I have to admit, he could come out and start at the beginning of his solo career, and stop at his 36th solo song, and i'd be happy---in short--anything would be great. As for the tribute to George, I'd love to hear him sing "What is Life", just to hear Rusty tackle that classic lead. I just dig that song. And Macca could use his best high register "raw" style vocal. I can dream :) I love everyone's set list so far, and I would be happy with any of them....

Good idea, Steve. Or it would be cool if, during the George tribute, Macca did something else TOTALLY unexpected, like 'If I Needed Someone.' Can you imagine Paul doing that song? That would be very cool. And strange.
