I saw an advert for Anthology III with that last photo in the tall grass, with the text

"The last chapter of the greatest band that ever was...

[PHOTO]

...or ever will be"

and it almost moved me to tears.

Scrod, I believe you're referring to the original "Yesterday and Today" cover where they're dressed up in the white butcher coats and holding the doll parts. Not surprisingly, the cover was banned.

I don't know. I don't remember reading whose idea it was or what it meant, (if anything.) Definitely weird for sure.
