"Wah wah" was penned in January ´69 after an argument between Paul and George captured on camera for the "Let it Be" movie. George got a headache from it ("you´ve given me a wah wah"), left the group for a week or so and wrote the song.
George helped Ringo w/ "Octopus Garden" at about the same time, with chord structure and lyrics. His lyrics to Ringo were in the bridge:
"We could be so happy you and me
no one there to tell us about to do..."
Clear enough meaning, right ?
And, of course, "Not Gulty", from a few months earlier. The complete set of lyrics retaliates John and Paul. Just a bit to exemplify:
" I won´t upset the apple cart
I only want what I can get..
I´m sorry that you´ve been misled,
but like you heard me I said - not guilty".
