That´s a solid run, chart-wise. I understand that the longest run in the charts belongs to "The Dark Side of the Moon". It seems that at some point in the 70´s there was a record factory in Germany which only pressed...guess what record ?

My two favorite Beatles albums: Abbey Road and Revolver. Of course, tomorrow it might be Magical Mystery Tour and Rubber Soul. LOL

Come to think of it, that is a good one--it has on it his real classics:

Silver and Golden Slumbers
A Holly Jolly Christmas-time Is Here Again
and a bonus cut---Don't Let A Little Bitty Tear Let Me Down [:(] [:D]

The Dark Side of the Moon.

As for the world-famous Burly Album, there was a record factory in Hungary that was "hard pressed" to churn it out - with a gulash serving bonus track. [:D]

Berkeleyan: what a joke about my much-beloved home country![:D][:D][:D] Or is it true? Well, life's not all beer and gulash...[:p]
Abbey Road is one of the best things ever created in the whole... umm... everything! Perfect from the first sound to the last! If I could choose only one tune to bring with me on a abandoned island, it would definitely be AR, I can never get enough of it. I don't have a favourite song from the album, I couldn't ever decide about that.
About the cover: a 90x60cm poster of it is hanging on my wall[8D].
Come here everyone and worship Abbey Road! AR is the most perfect synonim for the word 'music', but it's superior[8D].

I'm another whose favorite Beatles albums are REVOLVER & ABBEY ROAD.

ABBEY ROAD was a perfect way to end the Beatles story.
