o man i used to have this on cassete, i lost it though. but anyways this is the album that introduced me to the beatles and now im one of those obbsesed fans b/c of it[:D]

Cool story, megster! Has this ever been released on CD? I don't know if i've ever seen it....Ihave the album version from 1977 or so...

It has never been released on CD.
But I would love to have a remastered cd of it.
The version of "She´s a woman" on this album is the best ever!

When I first got this on vinyl, I thought something was wrong with my equipment (as it were). The screaming is quite terrifying.

Yup, agree on "She's A Woman". Paul in full-on Little Richard mode.

If you listen to the Hollywood Bowl album it gives you a good idea how intense the madness of Beatlemania was. There's so much screaming going on that the bass notes are all muffled. This album is like a huge blast of TREBLE!!!!

I love the part of that album where Paul asks thje audience if they can hear him and they start screaming louder.
