Irregardless of the lawsuit... it's a great song.. it's an acoustic tour de force which blows the Shirelles out of the water.. if it wasn't for this song nobody would have ever heard of the shirelles or He's So Fine... case closed.

Well, let's remember He's So Fine was a number one record in 1963.... For The Chiffons (not The Shirelles)

Incidentally, The Chiffons recorded their own version of My Sweet Lord in 1975.
