Alright, for those of you who dig mixing songs on various mix tapes and playing with order and sequence, i put together something that i thought was pretty cool.
I combined the Solo Years 1970-1971 and pulled all the phenomenal tracks from Plastic ono Band, All Things Must Pass, McCartney, Ram, Imagine, and the various Ringo singles and decent songs and created a double CD (really 2 79 minute CD's) called "All Things Must PAss" the forgotten August 1, 1971 BEatles' early 70's Album.
So, if you have a CD recorder, think about the greatness...
In the Cd, i put together "a conflict" run of songs. To determine and really understand why critics would call it "Intensely personal"
Three Legs - Paul from Ram
Wah-wah - George
God - John
Too Many People - Paul
Early 1970 - Ringo B-side of It don't come easy
Dear Boy - Paul
How do you sleep - John
Dear Friend - Paul
Isn't it a pity _ george
Every Night - Paul
My Sweet Lord - George
Look at me - John
Isolation - John
Maybe i'm Amazed - John
All things must pass - George
Uncle Albert/Admiral Halsey - Paul
And many more..
I'm thinking of putting something similiar for 1973, and 1980 althought you must admit the quality of the great song diminishes over the time period.
