I know where the Gordon Lightfoot thingy came from now - this guy that used to sit at the desk next to me played his stuff all the time, as well as other early '70s lite rock. (The Air That I Breath by the Hollies, etc.) It drove me nuts! He included Day After Day in his set as well. I need to break the association![xx(]

I think I read somewhere that the original guitar intro was done by Pete Ham, and then done again by George Harrison, and in the end it was a mix of both that ended up on the record....or something like that.[;)]
