Easy Rider. It never occurred to me that I'd never seen it, so I watched it last night. What a period piece, and what an ugly macabre ending! But then again, I grew up in the South where and when hippies were hated like that.

At the time, as a 14 year old, it was very moving for me. Now, it seems dated, but I enjoy Jack a great deal.

Great flick. I put it just below Tender Mercies for my all time Duvall as a lead actor experience. I like Billy Bob's small part in the apostle as well as Duvall's turn in Sling Blade.

Never been a big fan of Duvall. And I absolutely hated the Apostle,could barely finish watching it. [|)]

He must have scared you when you were a kid watching "To Kill A Mockingbird", lol. I love him. But--doesn't mean everyone does. It's fun to hear other opinions on this stuff. [:D]
