I would say that paul is in touch with himself, but I don't know him personally so it's a rather unfair analysis. To say that someone isn't in touch with themselves and you don't personally have a relationship with them is pure speculation and cannot be taken seriously.

Oh brother. What prompted the warning in the first place? And how do you know he wasn't talking to you? They are having a sale at Lenscrafters this week...

I hate it when a nice fully carbed Coke, usually on the first drink, goes right up the old hooter. OUCH!!!

LOL, yeah, I read that part about Paul suggesting that she give up chocolate and wondered why he was still with us! Just kidding. I mean, I love Paul. I really do, but if MY man suggested that I give up chocolate, well, he'd be bunking on the couch for the rest of the month. I eat a lot of chocky. I love it (and it shows), but I find if you drink enough water during the day, it helps keep the zits away.
Personally, just my opinion mind you, I don't think chocolate causes zits, I think stress does...

I agree with you, Shinestar.
I think zits are a stress thingy.
I mean, I eats loads of chocolate and my skin is oily.
But if I get really stressed- it's zit city.
So ususally, it's cool.
Not to say that Paul is wrong about refined sugar.
I'm sure he's right about it not being good for you.
