Well, I saw it on the news and in the papers, so fingers crossed. Of greater concern right now, though, would be this Russian business . . . it's the sort of scenario you see so often in police dramas . . . but this is for real . . .[:0]

Well, at least it HAS ended. And I reckon it was probably the best way it could have - else it might have dragged on for a lot longer with a much larger loss of life in the long run . . .

True, but they're investigating now about how much gas was actually used. It is reported they used WAY too much. A lot more lives could have been saved.
