Wings reunion concert

If the Beatles did it, though electronically. If the Eagles did it (HELL FREEZES OVER). Ozzy reunited with Sabbath. Styx...the GO GO'S....the Bangles...Quiet Riot....Fleetwood Mac....and so on.
Why not a Wings reunion?....on stage!.
The surviving members from every Wings line-up that Paul had minus Joe English 'cause he was a egotistical, premadonna who bashed Linda and Denny Laine. Besides, these days he's only into christian music.

The Wings reunion line-up as follows:

Macca-bass/keys/suberb vocals
Denny Lame-guitar/bass/lame back-up vocals
Henry McCollough-lead guitar/additude
Denny Seiwell-drums(nice guy!)
Laurence Juber-exceptional guitar/arrogantness
Steve Holly-drums(hope he has lost some weight by now)
Paul "Wix" Wickens-very good keyboards(he's in there 'cause Paul wouldn't want to bring back the '76,'79 horn players on account of it hurting his profit margin)
Jimmy McCollouch-will not be present because his dead.
Geoff Britton-will not be present cause he was not in the band long enough.

I'm gonna be 1st in line pour les billets!

like the idea.. but without jimmy? yr joking! he loved the slow stuff, but only cos he could be set free. didnt know that about joe, really? i liked his drumming. denny is a given... no linda, why didnt you mention her? lol, i know, but its important. henry, yes, hes mad, and i think macca needs a bit of uncontollable mad guy... in fact, lets just dump macca altogether, lol, maybe then they could really show what they can do... hey.. not knocking it, just sayin.

You have a point, numberwriter - if Wings regrouped in some lineup or other, it probably would be sans Paul - probably fronted by Denny Laine, I'd guess.

I think that I would love to see RINGO sitting in the drums playing along and adding that nonsense atmosphere that brings them/us back, "beautiful night" and "i really love u" in FLAMING PIE where really COOL, AND AGAIN, why sirMACCA won't invite RINGO to performe live in his concerts???does anybody got a serious based answer????

I'm just thinking here, if Ringo plays with Paul on everything now, then that will be all the living members of The Beatles together on an album. Would that qualify as eligible to be called The Beatles? Maybe that's why Ringo doesn't play on everything with Paul. One track here and there is OK, it's a guest appearance, but the whole thing . . . ?

Liam, I'm almost certain that if Paul and Ringo (the only surviving Beatles) decided to make music together on a permanent basis that they wouldn't call it the Beatles.
It appears that over the years there's been a unwritten rule that John and Paul have to be involved with the project of any kind in order for it to be considered the Beatles.
As we've seen Paul and John never officially made music together during the post break-up years.
