Picked up Lazaretto by Jack White on Tuesday.

I have purposely only listened one time, as I want this one to slowly seep in to my brain matter as opposed to NEW which I couldn't get enough of.

I am limiting myself to one spin per week.

1st impression is that I like it(not love). I hope I like it more after the next listen.

This is NOT Blunderbuss part II.

Word of caution for those who purchase the ULTRA LP with all the bells and whistles: People are having problems........

I just bought the regular cd which clocks in at 39:11 which somehow seems about one song too short by todays standards.

Looking forward to the band Chicago's new album which comes out next month. This is the first album in decades where they don't appear to be chasing hits or reliving their 80's success. They sound quite reinvigorated here and I hope this album does well.

No, I don't even own a turntable.

If you're thinking about getting it I have heard people are having all kinds of problems getting it to play properly.

sadly...no one around here has carried/picked up the new bob mould...so i've had to do exactly what i've had to do with quite a few of my cds thru the last few years...amazon !!

it's on it's way as i refuse to pay extra just to get it shipped quicker...

got jacks cd...much like LB, this one is a ponderer, tho what i hear i like quite a bit...

not as instantly catchy as the last few WS cds or as his first solo, but quite interesting, indeed...

i keep playing it off against the coldplay cd, which i've grown quite fond of...for me, it may their best since ' a rush of blood...'

i'd really like be listening to the nutini...but i'm not paying $25 for any new record...ever

...i wonder where chris is with a review of the new black keys...that's...not so new by now

..cubs must be winning

yeah...i looked it up after i posted that...

really felt i should've come on back and edited it out, too

i guess i shoulda been more careful there: having been a braves fan from way back in the (bad, barren) daze...i feel this pain fer loyal cubs fans...

so sorry, all...hang in there...

at least, you've got nowhere to go but up... :-BD
