Even though it was an album of standards and screeching and shouting was not the "IN" thing to do with standards, he did lower the range of his voice to sing a lot of songs off KOTB. No reason why he can't do that with "ANY" song in his catalog. If Stevie Nicks can lower her range due to her vocal chords, Paul can do the same. The song would just be sung in a lower range. No more shouting or screeching but I can live with that. In fact, I might be able to hear the words better if he was "NOT" yelling them into the microphone. HAHAHAA!!
Okay. So who is going to write MPL and let Paul know these things?
I would think that probably half to 3/4 of his catalog (The Beatles, Wings and solo) have never been sung live. Okay. Maybe half. But still . . . .he as a vast catalog to choose from and he keeps doing the same songs over and over. Everyone has a fave off each album or maybe even the whole album but there are a lot of songs he has never sung live on stage. Maybe in the shower or to his grandkids but not the fans.
If my memory was good I think if I went through JUST his Wings and Solo efforts I could come up with a lot of songs he has not sung live. But my memory is shot to hell in a hand basket and I can't remember what I did Friday let alone what songs he has sung live. I know, because I have been reminded one or two times in this thread already. No Biggie!
