Rolling Stone top 100 Songwriters

Postby lobbybobby » Mon Nov 18, 2013 2:04 pm

Rolling Stone released their top 100 songwriters in the rock era. The top 5 is certainly no suprise

1. Lennon/Mccartney
2. Dylan
3. Laz
4. Jagger/Richards
5. Page/Plant

I would have had Laz higher.
a good friend of mine...follows the stars...

Rolling stone has never given Laz proper respect. It's a travesty...
I want to tell her that I love her a lot, but I got to get a belly full of wine.

Why s not Lazarus nr one. Never Will touch that magazine again. I should be on the list to- at least top five. Never mind i never written any songs but if I had they would be among the best. Life certanely sucks and I feel so bitter not getting the proper recognition so now I never bother to write any songs. Thanks for that Rolling f-n stone

NOW-NOW-NOW, m...CALM DOWN, IT'LL BE OKAY...

SEE...WRITING SONGS IS KINDA LIKE WRITING FICTION...AND, FROM WHAT I CAN FROM ALL OF LAZ' EFFORTS SO FAR...IT'S HIS STRONG POINT, TOO...

SO, JUST LIE A LITTLE AND YOU'LL BE OKAY

I have an unwritten word that's pretty dandy. Because of...you know...simplicity.
