We could see how George had been sarcastic(as much as John was, but with finer humor) about that lawsuit with "This Song" promo doing a parody of the judgement on the court ridicularizing that session. That was hilarious, but I think that song really "came unknowingly" to him as he sang. He didn't have bad intention to "plagiarize" consciously "He's So Fine" song, that's what I believe.

Yes, I was agreeing with Nito - he would have no reason to consciously plagiarise (sp?) - why would he? But subconsciously, it's not impossible that he didn't realise it at the time. I mean, I've written a couple of songs whose melodies sounded a little too familiar . . . needless to say, I have changed the musical ideas behind them to make them something of my own. [:D]

Hahaha Steve - Don't blame poor Liam, it's my fault because I posted another thread but I did some mistakes on, so I deleted and re-wrote it , so it made a impression that he replied BEFORE my thread because he posted fastly while I was sending the re-writing. I'm the author of the mess!! LOL[:D]
