Huh? You mean about the sniper? A sniper is a sniper Liam. I was stating what I think would probably happen if MDC was released. I don't need anybody to tell me about "taste" right now. The sniper is in MY area, and I'm afraid to even pump gas. I'm one of the last people on here to be making light of it, dude.

IT's clear that the sniper is a terrorist in my view. He clearly has a partner and since sniper's are usually act alone in their deluded way of thinking - i think this is a team of punks designed to scare us. I don't think this is an orginal mode of thought but clearly it's the kind of grossly cowardly acts that only Middle eastern terrorists could execute. I'd like to take this sniper and beat him with my bare hands. I can't wait til somebody takes these punks out!

Yes it is, Steve. Everybody is TOTALLY on edge and nervous. We have mental health crisis lines set up and everything. The only other time that I have lived through something this tragic that has been worse, that has totally captivated the community, was 9/11. Seriously. This is horrible, man. At least after 9/11, people weren't scared to pump their freakin' gas. It's unreal...people actually crouching down behind the pumps and jumping back in their cars as soon as they insert the nozzles. It's surreal.

You know Ram, we have not terrorists in Brazil, but we have a LOT of violent assailants and bandits that are robbing and kidnapping the people here, due to this we also live in the edge of paranoia to walk on the streets. I think Steve may know about this, his new-in-laws talk about for sure. It´s total insecurity, that´s terrible man!!! Is this a way to live the life?? Any kind of violence spoils whole world people´s life!!!![V]

Even though they live in a nice area near the beach in recife, they were quite clear about being careful walking home, ect, due to the crime in the area. We stayed in packs of 6 or 8 and had no problem.
