GREAT DAY - used in commercials

Last few weeks been seeing the "Chase" commercial which uses "Great Day" all over FOX News and now it's been on AMC. See the MPL site page below:

Yeah, I was in bed watching TV a few days ago and this Chase credit card commercial comes on and there is this song and I said, that's a Macca song but I could not remember the name of it fo the life of me. Can Chase do that? Don't they have to pay some type of royalty or something?

no, they don't have to pay anyone a long as they only use about 20 seconds or so...... :-D
