New Tribute Album

Hi All

Does anyone know any information on the forthcoming new tribute album that had been discussed a few months back in
this forum. From memory it even had KISS doing a song.

Speaking of Tribute albums the three released 3-4 years back (called Love in Song,Coming Up and Listen to the Man Said) I really enjoyed, yet hardly anyone on this site made any comment. Does anyone else own these cd's and love them as much as i do?

Jeremy k2, I have Listen to What the Man Said. There is a really great version of Waterfalls by some group called...Sloan, I think. Also, Matthew Sweet does a fantastic cover of Every Night. And speaking of Matthew Sweet, I found a really neat version of the Beatles' "Good Night" from the white album. Dare I say it's much better than the Beatles version and one can really hear what a great song it is with that Matthew Sweet treatment.

well, they were discussed ...somewhere in tis place...both albums were released in 2001 by oglio records. they were both part of a charity release for the susan b komen breast cancer foundation.

Not familiar with these at all. Where would one go 11 years later to acquire? And I know nothing about a new tribute either. I guess I know nothing.

.. didn't take long at all to find both are listed on amazon...check by title...from what i could see, they'd have to be bought through one of their 'friends' , but so far, i've had good luck anytime i used that part of their service
