What happend to LET IT BE on DVD?ANYONE HEAR ANY NEWS?

Nobody has info i guess?I guess we can call the non release of LET IT BE...A magical mystery and leave it at that!

here is just a completely out of the blue bald faced guess as to where the 'let it be' dvd/bluray might be...

and, i re-iterate, i have no knowledge, just total wild speculation solely on my part...

i think that the powers that be (now that macca has some people looking through all his stuff) might just be finding things...especially about that period of time...the making of LIB...

couldn't it be more than possible that there is more footage and sound from those sessions than from just about anything else they did...

and that they figure... if they are gonna do it...they ought to go all the way and put as much usable stuff out there as possible

maybe even a more real, lengthy, multi-disc, in-depth docu about all of it..warts and all

up to and including the reformation of it as 'naked'

it would kind of like giving it the same treatment pauls solo discs are getting, if you think about it

Wow, looks pretty good! I assumed it would be a half-baked release, considering it's always been treated as such, but it's very well put together. The director's commentary by Paul makes it extra special, all by itself, but here we're getting some nice special features also. Mr. H, you make a good point about Let it Be, especially considering this A+ Magical Mystery Tour dvd treatment. I thought I read awile back that there was some restoration work being done to Let it Be, so hopefully you're right.

Mr H,I hope you are right and what you wrote makes sense to me.As for magical mystery tour it reminds me of the give my regards to broadstreet film that PAUL made.Not great films but lots of good music which i think saves the films from being really bad to not so bad.

I truly hope H is right EXCEPT I don't have blue ray and would rather see a DVD.
