What release are these songs from?

I've got hold of MP3s of Paul doing Midnight Special and Things We Said Today, both recorded from the "Unplugged" concert in 1991.

I know these will exist on various bootlegs, but I'm trying to find whether they were ever part of an OFFICIAL release, perhaps as B sides to an "Off The Ground" era single released somewhere in the world.

Anyone any ideas whether they were officially released at any point?
