just checked amazon...they have no info other than listing 3 versions for may.....a standard, 1 disc $14.42; a special edition, 1 disc, $17.60; and deluxe book edition, also currently listed as 1 disc....for $102.15.....

i'm sure alot of that'll change as more info is released by macca/hear music

Tiger,

I guess so at least until you mentioned it.

the always rumored long version is only 3 seconds longer than the regularly known album version...but the 3 seconds is the entire song backward masked at an amazing speed.!!

and, as is often rumored in beatle circles, paul is clearly heard to say "qhwef wdndocis jbemhr bvna, lsmc voirb"...which has caused much consternation among beatle fans for its shabby treatment of billy shears !

Mr. H,

You always keep my smiling or laughing or chuckling. I enjoy most of your postings. I still have never heard of a long version of Monkberry Moon Delight, even if just 3 seconds longer.

After what I had to pay the State of Maryland I might not be able to do much of anything for some time to come.

From www.musictap.net:

http://musictap.net/2012/03/21/tapsheet ... -03212012/

"Hear Music has planned the reissue of Ram in their Archive Collection series that refreshes the respected catalog of Paul McCartney. The planned re-release is scheduled for May 22 and will include several forms of the classic 1971 album. On that date, you can expect a standard CD issue as well as a 2CD Special Edition, and a 2LP vinyl reissue. Mark that calendar for this remastered classic by Paul and Linda McCartney."
