Ebony and Shaft (Funky Version)

Hi,

Does anyone know where I could get hold of a digital copy (MP3/AAC/WAV/FLAC etc.) of this tune from the 12" single version of Ebony and Ivory please?

I've managed to get hold of the other tracks from this release but this one is proving elusive!

Maybe I'm just out of the loop (well, yeah, I am out of the loop), but I've never heard of such a thing - "Ebony and Shaft"? I have the 12" single of "Ebony and Ivory" and it has the album version of the song, a solo version with Paul singing all the vocal parts, and "Rainclouds," but that's it.

Whatchu talkin' 'bout??

A Google search throws up various references to it, unless someone made it up and other websites have published it as fact perhaps?

I guess the first question then is - does it actually exist!?

Looks like you've been "Shafted" ...this certainly does not officially exist. It sounds like some kind of un-official mash-up to me but as to why wiki have listed this as a fourth track on the 12" version is beyond me. If of course I am wrong, and this is correct, then not to worry...it'll appear as a bonus track on the TOW deluxe remaster in about 5 years time.

Thanks, well that's a relief 'cos I've been sorting out my Macca collection just lately and this was (chronologically) the first blank I'd drawn so glad I can cross it off my list!
