With GH dying in November from smoking-related cancer, and Zevon announces he has terminal lung cancer, just heard that Johnny Carson has emphysema brought upon by years of smoking. Poor Johnny. All that money and he can probably barely walk up his stairs without an oxygen tank. And the man should be enjoying his retirement. Nothing worse than having a lung impairment. Can't do anything

That's just sad.[:(!]

Although what may be sadder [V] is that the headline in MSN read Carson has illness. How many dumb teenyboppers are gonna think it's Carson Daly. Imagine how the world has changed since 1992 when Johnny logged off. [V]

I quit smoking 11 years ago, but I smoked for 21.
Isn't it true that lung cancer takes 25 years to develop?
So I could still get it.
And then there's also second hand smoke, which killed my Auntie.
Did anyone check the VH1 link for the interview with Dhani, George and Jeff Lynne? That was so cool seeing and hearing George again.
