But People, we knew that he was going to be doing an album of Old Standards and not a rock and roll album. I think, and I could be wrong, that we knew that last year so what's the problem? No problem? Oh Okay. I am still waiting for a good old rock and roll album. EA may have been good to some but I like my rock music, thank you very much.

know what, G4B? i too like when paulie sings his rock and roll. i don't know how much more true rock screamers we're going to be getting from him, but i'll be patient.

i think a lot of us are waiting for his guitar album (whatever that may mean...for all i know it could be a classical guitar album) but we have no choice but to be patient, do we?

and there is a little bit of r&r in EA. you may have to search for it, it is a most busy and layered album, but it's there. highway plays quite well live with all of his other rockers.

Heard Dave Grohl is producing his next rock album - if he follows the pattern (RDR =99, DR = 01) hopefully he'll put out this one, then in mid '13 give us the rock album. The man is 70 years old - I'd say he's doing pretty good.

Also, if My Valentine is an original song, I love the title - I'd hate it if it was just the title w/out the song reference.

jg, i had not heard this. this is great news. i likee when paul plays with the younger guys. it infuses some energy into his music. do you know...will grohl be playing with him? that'd be awesome as well.
