Paul McCartney's concert in Ciudad Juárez?

Hello there. While most of us are concerned and praying for the victims in Japan I found this news: According to mexican media Paul McCartney has confirmed a concert in Ciudad Juárez, a city located in the northern state of Chihuahua, Mexico but in his official web site doesn't say anything. If true, this would be part of a festival for the peace in which other stars like U2 has been invited but only Paul has confirmed, according to this site, but is in spanish:

Que tal Eggman, oye pues yo soy de Cd. Juarez, la llamada ciudad mas violenta del mundo, la verdad aca tambien salio esa noticia, pero no confirmada en ningun lado sino simple rumor. A mi se me hace medio dificil para que sea verdad, sobre todo por la situacion que se vive por aca, Ojala fuera cierto! habra que esperar...............
