All I Have To Do Is Dream

I recently came across a recording of George, with Bob Dylan and Ben Harper, singing the Everly Brothers song "All I Have To Do Is Dream." I've searched all over the internet and while there are several places where you can download it, nobody has any info about it. Does anyone know when or where it was recorded, what were the circumstances, whether it was ever officially released, or any other background info about it?
