Was it me or did the covers during the Kennedy Center Honors sound better that the White House performances. They sounded more rehearsed, and overall better production. Still would have like a couple more solo tunes though.

I've entered a parallel universe where Paul is in the audience singing along with the performers on stage.

I wonder how long it has been since he has gotten to just watch a show from the audience's perspective? Seems like he had a good time though :ymparty:

Anybody find it odd that Ringo did not make an appearance? I mean if Paul can show up at Ringo's birthday Ringo should be able to show up when Paul is getting this honor. He is probably jealous I'm sure. I doubt he's had a sold-out concert in six seconds like Paul has and he'll never get an award as prestigious as this!

Would that have been awesome to have Ringo sing or perform? It's a shame he couldn't make it. I hope they find it in their hearts and their schedules to perform together this year.

Don't find it odd at all. In fact, I would have found it odd if he had attended. I would of course enjoyed it but it wasn't a Beatle award. He never attends Paul's personal award ceremonies.
