When the Wind is Blowing--

Not a new song at all-- its from the Rupert sessions (1978)

Its great if he wants to revive it-- also hope he revives "Sea"

Right, but like the other gem from the Rupert sessions that eventually became Celebration, Paul considers it a new song as it's not released. So if Paul does put this on a record I"m sure it will have recently written lyrics, verses, bridge or chorus. It'll be a new song for me :)

Agreed Mike! It will be a new song.

I actually kind of wish he had treated A Love For You as a "new" song and we had gotten it as part of MAF.

I was lucky enough to go to both Toronto shows! wow! still in a euphoric state here...and i'm also hitting the Montreal show! hoping he brings out "Michelle" for that one...

During the second Toronto show he pulled a girl on stage who travelled from Saskatchewan and signed her arm. He made a funny crack (pun pending) that somebody once wanted him to sign their butt. he said that's where he draws the line, except he'd take a peek just to be sure, heh heh.

he also had a funny quip after Dance Tonight, noting that Abe's dance moves weren't even choreographed, "Lady Gaga eat your heart out..."

I also really love the enthusiastic response tunes like 1985 are getting; it's not The Beatles, and it wasn't a "hit", so i'm sure a lot of people are new to the song, but it gets everyone stomping and clapping along and you could really see how much Paul and the band were getting off on the crowd's response too.
