I prefer "The Rooftop Concert" to "Live At Leeds"- The Who or "Get Yer Ya-Ya's Out"- The Rolling Stones (and I love both those albums), or any other live album you care to name. It's my favorite live performance ever.
It's a big part of why I think "Let It Be" or "Let It Be...Naked" if you prefer, is the most underrated/overlooked/misunderstood album ever. I honestly couldn't pick a fave from The Beatles albums from "Rubber Soul" onwards.
Here's the final 22 minutes, or so, of the "Let It Be" film with one version of everything they did (see previous post) & "Get Back" a second time as a coda to say goodbye. It's as much as we've currently got, on film, of The Rooftop Concert.
