Updates completed to help prevent spamming

Finally got around to completing the forum updates that add more security to the registration process. This is so auto-bots can't easily register and stuff the board with spam. This should last a while

know what? they are an inconvenience. but whenever i see them, i take the time to report each and every one. i like this place. and it pisses me off to see someone abusing it. if we all can do what we can to make things easier for mike, then this place will be better for all of us. i sort of look at this site as my own. and i won't sit back and allow someone to take advantage, or take over. at least not on my watch.
