Loved the performance but can't say I enjoyed the interview at all. Letterman is older than me and asked some really lame questions. The exchange between Letterman and Macca could have been sooo much better had letterman or his staff done their homework. Yeah he had pics but questions like "Were you guys (the other Beatles) friends?" was weak at best. Disappointing job by my howmtown Letterman. I know fire away and crucify me for speaking what I feel is the truth. Again I enjoyed the 2 songs.

and dont worry jenny i am sure he will come near you

Yeah, Mark, he might. It's kinda fun that every week or two he adds another city. Like...a gift that keeps on giving!

I really hope he does add more cities to his tour, but many people keep telling me that Dallas is going to be his last one. I started the topic "U.S. Tour Dates 2009" and everyone keeps saying that he is not adding anymore. Hopefully they are wrong and we are correct...fingers crossed! \M/

I loved the interview. Great to see something other than the same old anecdotes.

And there's a moment, about 5.10 on the second clip, just after he's ribbed Letterman for fluffing his cues, where his eyes sparkle and just for a second, he looks about 34/35 again. Great stuff :-D

I was at the Halifax show and "Sing The Changes" is great live. I'm sure you'll be most pleased with it. :-BD

I was real disappointed in Dave-- his people should have prepped him with better questions, though the Michael Jackson question was a legit one.

Things Dave could have asked:
How about being a father again? (Since Dave is also an older father, he can relate).

Tell me about the kids...

You doing any new music soon?
