Ringo Starr is among the newly announced 2010 Hollywood Walk of Fame Star recipients. Ratified June 15, Ringo is one of 28 to be honored by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce in 2010. As of now, there are no dates for any of the 28 star unveilings.

Earlier this year, the late George Harrison was similarly honored, receiving a star directly outside the famed Capitol Records building.

RECORDING:

Bryan Adams, The Funk Brothers, Alan Jackson, Chaka Khan, Van Morrison, Marco Antonio Solis, Ringo Starr, ZZ Top and posthumously Roy Orbison

I've checked Hollywood Walk of Fame website. I can't find any information about McCartney receiving a Star on the Walk of Fame. I found Johm, George and now RIngo, but no Paul. Anyone remember when Paul received a Star?

Paul mccartney beleive it or not is the only beatle who does not have a star on the hollywood walk of fame.Does any one else find this crazy?

So Ringo´s gonna get one more Star. He´s gotten one into his name for so long, and deservedly so !! Great to know Roy´s gonna have his Star on the walk of fame too !
