Yeah, probably down Highway 11S, also called the Lee Highway, lol.

Lee ended up teaching and being buried at Washington & Lee University in Lexington VA.

i'm okay with that. i'm currently reading a massive book "2666", by roberto bolano...written in spanish originally (and translated, because sadly, unlike my old fave here, cologne girl, i cannot read/speak multiple languages.) a good story, well written is a treat regardless of what language it's written in.

i know many who wouldn't be caught dead watching a foreign movie with subtitles...to bad for them...because there is so much out there not even getting a chance.

god, i miss cologne girl.

Videogames: In The Beginning
http://www.amazon.com/Videogames-Beginning-Ralph-H-Baer/dp/0964384817/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1240555125&sr=1-1

I own a copy of this now.
There are only 3000 in existence.

Written by the creator of the first Home Videogame Console, Ralph H. Baer .

I fully expect it to become a holy-grail for anybody interested in the origins of Videogames in years to come.
It's now rocketed to one of my top5 possessions, maybe #1.
Give My Regards To Broadstreet, more like Give My Regards To My Music Career! lol. meh.
better sig in ffuture.

tragically, not updated in a year or so...

just finished Steve Kings newest 'full dark, no stars'. four very short novellas (well, more like four long short stories) very good, very dark stuff.
also re-read 'the shining' late in the summer

downed robert mccammons 'queen of bedlam' a sequel (of sorts) to his 'speaks the nightbird: both are very good.
also read his 'mystery walk'...

next up will be either peter straubs 'magic terror' short story collection, george r.r. martins 'fevre dream' or i might tackle some george macdonald fraser...haven't visited with ol' sir harry flashman in some while...sounds poppin' !
