Macca to appear on Colbert Nation, Janaury 28 (tonight)

Paul McCartney is appearing tonight on The Colbert Report on Comedy Central, tonight at 10:30pm(central time) to discuss his new album from The Fireman. There will replays of the show the next day, if you missed it, on the 29th at 1am, 9:30am, 1:30pm, and 7:30pm (central time).

What a waste!

The only thing good about McCartney's appearance was hearing Colbert say that McCartney doesn't get the credit he deserves for being a rocker!

I will say this also, that Colbert guy can sing, he isn't the least bit funny, but he can sing. I enjoyed his little duet of Ebony and Ivory with McCartney.

I've always liked Stephen Colbert although I never was too sold on his persona on his show. I much preferred his work on the show Strangers With Candy. :-)

Colbert did a spot on "Curb Your Enthusiasm" which was of course funny. Paul did his part of the bit pretty good, denying that he ever saw Colbert's show. Below is a youtube video of the interview.

great stuff!

Colbert's great, but not as good as the Daily Show - Macca's wrong - we do get both over here!

That's probably on satellite tv right. That's some high tech stuff and he says he isn't that techy. He should have some extra money around to pay for the comedy channel

ringing up the satellite people and asking them to install it isn't that techy, even for a doddery old man like macca!
