I certainly hope this wasn't the reason for the video message. I suspect it was just a heat of the moment reaction. Incidentally, the offending video clip has now been removed from Ringo's official website. Red faces all around eh!

I hope he's not ill. He looked thinner than usual, I thought.

It was a really bad way to do it, especially as his updates are usually so great. But it hasn't been a great year for him, PR wise. His comments about Liverpool, whilst not meant arrogantly, did come off that way, especially when he was flogging an album with only one selling point - Liverpool.

He's been signing ***censored*** and sending it back for more than 40years.
And he's busier than he's ever been. + probably more tired than he has ever been,
what with his late-sixties age.

Anyone who's sending him stuff to sign after that date is probably
not a fan of his anyways,
as a real fan probably would have kept up-to-date with the happenings
in the world of Ringo.

He's not being rude, and if he is, that's just your opinion.
