The best for me has to be "Rock Show - Live at King Dom Seattle 1976". I have this on a 1981 video release and it has never been bettered!
Man I could smell your breath a mile away.

I don't know if your edition is the same I have on DVD, but I suppose it could be - I think the footage on mine is also from the Seattle gig. The DVD comes with some bonus materials, including some "Top of the Pops" recordings. Whatever it is, it is my favourite by far too, and it's the DVD I would take to the much-quoted desert island if I could take only one.

"Wings IV introduced Jimmy McCulloch, a spunky lead guitarist with grit, able to spur Paul on unlike any previous soloist. His debut track, the magnificent single `Junior's Farm', stands as one of Wings' finest emotional and technical releases."

I think the sound quality is quite good, but then I'm not an audiophile. What leaves a lot to be desired is the image quality - I don't know if it was the poor lighting or the poor recording technique. I'll tell you more when I've finally had time to watch the "Rock Show" bits on "The McCartney Years" - I hope they've been able to improve things a bit. I was quite pleasantly surprised in that sense when watching some of the older stuff such as "Juniors Farm" - perhaps they've managed to accomplish the same feat on the "Rock Show" bits. But there's so few of them anyhow  that we'll have to stick to the old "Rock Show" DVD for the time being. In any case, it's the best quality I've seen of the 1975/1976 tour - I've got a DVD of a Melbourne gig, and it's very inferior.

The dvd you have is a boot. This was never officially released on dvd.
Rockshow is definitely my pick for best concert. He was in his prime during
this tour. Nothing against his later releases..... But I love hearing the Wings
material, and seeing the entire concert without the backstage stuff mixed in.
It doesn't get any better than Beware my love and Letting go for me.
Hidden in the yard, underneath the wall,
buried deep below, a thousand layers, lay the answer to it all

Get Back

I love it and am surprised others don't rate it so highly. The medley at the ending is epic!
