oBLOGdi Language packs fixed and more added !

I have fixed Dutch and Russian language packages and added a bunch more for this board totalling 45 languages. What this means is the buttons links and so on can now be customized by each individual through the User Control Panel. To change the language you simply click on the User Control Panel, and then click Board preferences on the left and then select the language from the pulldown options in My language:

While your at it you may as well select the proper timezone for your location. You can alway go back and change back to the default British English if you don't like it.
