Pauls performance at BBC Electric Proms 2007 schedules for TV & Radio are as follows -

Oct 25th
Highlight show - BBC 2 at 11.20 PM until 12.20 AM
Presumably the complete live performance - Stuart Maconie Radio 2 at 8.00PM until 10.00PM

Oct 26th
Presumably the complete performance - BBC i (digital viewers only) from 6.00AM

It's not certain what Paul will be performing yet, however in an interview in "Radio Times" he hints at the possibility he may perform "Carnival Of Light" originally recorded by The Beatles for "A Million Volt Light and Sound Rave" at The Roundhouse back in 1967 but never used.
Who knows....we can but hope, but one thing's for certain, it should be an excellent show!
